IGARD provides professional primary eye-care and optical services. Before getting spectacles or contact lenses, a routine Standard Eye Examinations will be conducted to investigate thoroughly all aspects of eyesight and visual health. This ensures optical products are prescribed and dispensed in relation to each individual's eye health status. Specialist areas include General Optometry (Eye Exams), Contact Lenses, Geriatric Optometry (for senior citizens), Paediatric Optometry (IGARD Kids!), Paediatric Myopia Management, Presbyopia Management, Orthoptic Vision Therapy and Post-surgical Vision.

In addition, IGARD specialises in corporate eye-care services, including onsite and contract eye screening programmes under the special care of a dedicated team in Occupational Vision and Eye Protection (Prescription Safety Eyewear).
