Vision therapy under the IGARD Group is provided by 'Paediatric Optometry Pte Ltd', an associated practice in Singapore which specialises in paediatric eye examination and orthoptic vision therapy.Orthoptic Vision Therapy is available to people who suffer from Amblyopia (Lazy Eyes), Accommodation Dysfunction (Eye Focusing Issues), Intermittent Vergence Anomalies (Misaligned Eyes) and/or General Eye Coordination/Tracking Issues. Before you start, you will need to attend a Standard Eye Examination and an Orthoptic Vision Assessment at IGARD to determine your individual suitability to undergo Orthoptic Vision Therapy. Home Vision Therapy is an essential component of the orthoptic vision therapy where you will learn ropes to regaining the control of your eyes. Regular follow-up sessions will ensure that you are achieving the expected level of improvement, but Home iMonitoring is also available for your therapist to keep track of your achievement in a limited way if you have difficulties making your way to visit IGARD. IGARD = Improving eyesight + Guarding Against Reading Difficulties
